From Marco Polo International Airport- By exclusive assisted transfer: Available 24 hours only by advance booking with the hotel concierge desk. The service includes personal meet by hostess outside luggage claim area, porter assistance, private transfer from arrival hall to boat pier, pre-arranged private water taxi to the hotel without hostess. Expense can be charged directly on hotel bill.
- By public transportation: Operated by "Alilaguna". The Service is available on a regular basis from the airport water pier to the Santa Maria Elisabetta stop on Venice Lido. Public buses are also available.
- By regular water taxi: Service available 24 hours. Please apply to Starwood Desk in the arrival hall for assistance. When the Starwood desk is closed please refer to the Taxi Desk.
From Santa Lucia Train Station
- By exclusive assisted transfer: Available 24 hours only by advance booking with the hotel concierge desk. Hostess will greet guests at the arrival platform, arrange porterage assistance and accompany guests to a pre-arranged private water taxi, waiting to take them at the Hotel. Expense can be charged directly on hotel bill.
- By public transportation: Waterbus (Vaporetto) No. 1, 51 or 82 is available on a regular basis from the waterfront outside the railway station to the Santa Maria Elisabetta stop. The hotel is just a short taxi ride from Santa Maria Elisabetta. Buses are also available.
- By regular water taxi: Available 24 hours from the waterfront outside the railway station to the private pier at The Westin Excelsior, Venice Lido Resort. From there, complimentary shuttle bus transfer to Hotel Des Bains, Venice Lido Resort.
From the A4 Highway
From the A4 highway follow the signs to Venezia. At the end of the bridge "Ponte della Libertà", approx 4 km long, proceed to Tronchetto. Hotel can be reached directly by car using the public Ferry Boat service.
Alternatively after the bridge "Ponte della Libertà" proceed to the car parking facilities at Piazzale Roma.
